“I’ve criticised Speaker Peter Slipper for claiming truely amazing expenses, but he’s turned out to be the toughest and the most electrifying Speaker I’ve seen and Julia Gillard must wonder if it was so smart to give him this job as a reward for ratting on the Opposition.
